Blending the very best of split-level living, outdoor entertaining and modern fixtures & fittings, SoHo will offer some of the best 1 & 2 bedroom apartments in the area.

SoHo is a boutique style development consisting of 17 beautifully designed studio, one and two bedroom residential apartments.

As its namesake suggests, SoHo has sought inspiration from the beautifully designed apartments in the famed SoHo district of New York. To achieve this, our architectural team worked closely with the City of Sydney Council to retain the original façade on Elizabeth Street and combine this with the latest design and construction techniques to deliver some of the best apartments ever developed in the area.

External features include an elegant mix of steel shutters and balustrades, rendered facades, large windows and floor to ceiling glass sliding doors that open onto private balconies.

Internally, our design team has created an inspired industrial theme, featuring timber flooring, concrete kitchen bench tops, stainless steel appliances, finished off with a timeless subway tiled splash backs.

It’s inner city location offers residents absolute convenience with the city CBD only moments away, central train station around the corner and hundreds of bars, cafes and restaurants within walking distance to its door step.

Modern and sophisticated living, ready for you to bring your own ‘inner city’ vibe…

A unique feature of our split-level apartments is the dual balconies, with both the living rooms and bedrooms having a private balcony to enjoy. This separation is very rare for inner city apartments of this size.

We believe that the diversity of apartments within SoHo will cement its value well into the future, unlike many of the newer and larger master planned developments in the area offering ‘square box’ apartments.

We have innovative studio spaces, single and multi level 1 bedroom apartments and what will be some of the most sought after 2 bedrooms, 2 bathroom apartments in Surry Hills.
